1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Magnosi Enterprises Inc., whether or not you become a registered user (“User”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”), You agree to be bound by these Terms, which You acknowledge that You have read and understood.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://performancelocal.com/terms/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
2. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER:
Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) can not and does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. What we can guarantee is your satisfaction with our training. We give you a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we sell, so if you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, just ask for your money back. You should know that all products and services by our company are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. Any financial numbers referenced here, or on any of our sites, are illustrative of concepts only and should not be considered average earnings, exact earnings, or promises for actual or future performance. Use caution and always consult your accountant, lawyer or professional advisor before acting on this or any information related to a lifestyle change or your business or finances. These policies and procedures apply to all Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) products sold on this site or any other site owned by Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) that includes a link to this page.

3. Returns and Cancellations
3.1 Physical Returns & Shipping
Returns & Subscription Cancellations
The Google Maps Accelerator Program normally sells for $1997 including all associated training, resources, and assets. Through this limited-time program, Google Maps Accelerator Program is free when a sign-up to Brian Magnosi AKA Performance Local’s HighLevel affiliate link is used at the $497/mo level and receipt of sign-up and account creation is confirmed via email and HighLevel’s affiliate program.
Basic HighLevel affiliate account setup is included when HighLevel is purchased through our affiliate link as referred to above. Premium Done-For-You setup has a no-refund policy.
All Other Products
3.2 Subscriptions and Digital Products
Monthly group coaching at any level including the $497/mo plan has a no-refund policy. 1-on-1 coaching has a no-refund policy.
White-label/private-label Google Maps and/or organic SEO (search engine optimization) services offered via Performance Local offer a 30 day 100% satisfaction policy and consequently offer a full 100% refund for any reason when put in writing in the first 30 days of purchase.
Your Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) monthly coaching and/or white label program membership will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. We will bill the monthly membership fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method
Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises” and/or Peformance Local) monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed.
– Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than twice. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than twice.
We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly basis for your membership fee until you cancel. To cancel your subscription submit a ticket at support @ perrformancelocal.com.
Monthly Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section of the Terms of Service page.
4. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”), and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) reserves the right to change content options (including eligibility for particular features) or remove access without notice to any previously purchased training or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.
5. Intellectual Property
You agree that the Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”), including but not limited to Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) Products and services, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, templates and the scripts and software used to implement Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) Services, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) and/or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Magnosi Enterprises Inc. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Magnosi Enterprises Inc. brand in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
All copyrights in and to Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) (including the compilation of content, postings, links to other Internet resources, and descriptions of those resources) and related software are owned byMagnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) and/or its licensors, who reserve all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE OR ANY PART OF Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) EXCEPT FOR USE OF Magnosi Enterprises Inc. (“Magnosi Enterprises”) AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
